Round Tomato Restaurant uses personal information to provide accounts, reservations, catering, food trays, dine-in ordering, and customer support. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your information.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and sign-in details. When you make a reservation or order, we may also collect your requested date and time, guest count, table or order choices, event or delivery location, notes, payment references, and messages with our staff. The site also uses session cookies needed to keep your account signed in.
How we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, process and manage requests, coordinate reservations or delivery, communicate booking and payment updates, respond to questions, and maintain transaction records. Information needed to provide a requested service or meet legal duties is handled for those purposes; this acknowledgment is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Who may receive it
Authorized Round Tomato staff can access details needed for their work. Our account and database provider, Supabase, processes information used by this site. If you choose an online test checkout, PayMongo processes the checkout details. Delivery details may be given to a delivery partner when needed to fulfill a delivery request. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Storage and retention
We keep account and transaction information while needed to provide service, handle questions or disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. The website does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period. You can ask us about a particular record or request deletion when it is no longer needed and no legal duty requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask whether we hold your personal information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, or request erasure or blocking where applicable. You may also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission. To make a request, email us using the address below; we may need to confirm your identity before changing account records.
